**Job Description:**

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the health and health risks for people living in Prince Albert Parkland Health Region.
  • Provide consultation and support to a wide array of professionals in the community.
  • Work under the direction of the Manager of Public Health Nursing.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years Public Health Nursing experience required.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) degree.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license.
Competencies
  • Advanced - Communication skills.
  • Intermediate - Assessment skills.
  • Intermediate - Interpersonal skills.
Knowledge and Abilities
  • Ability to adapt to changing conditions.
  • Working knowledge in health promotion.
  • Ability to manage anaphylaxis and immunization administration.
  • Ability to competently use computers and software applications.
