Bar Service Manager

We are seeking a skilled Bar Attendant to join our team at DESI BAR LTD. As a Bar Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing bar stock, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Hiring and Training: Recruit and train new staff members to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Drink Selections: Provide recommendations to customers on our extensive drink menu.
- Inventory Management: Order and maintain stock levels of beverages and food products.
- Customer Service: Take orders from serving staff or directly from patrons, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Security and Safety: Maintain a secure and safe working environment, adhering to all relevant regulations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent communication skills, reliability, and a strong team player attitude.
Our bar is a fast-paced and physically demanding environment. As a Bar Attendant, you will be required to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime.
