About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist to join our team at PMG Facility Services Ltd. as a key member of our facilities maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Ensure all areas of the facility are clean and sanitized, including floors, surfaces, and equipment.
  • Floor Care: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to a high standard.
  • Dusting and Polishing: Dust all furniture and fixtures, and polish surfaces to a high shine.
  • Trash and Recycling: Empty trash and recycling bins, and replace liners as needed.
  • Special Projects: Participate in special cleaning projects as assigned by management.
Work Environment

As a Cleaning Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of tasks and responsibilities. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team to ensure the facility is clean and well-maintained.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn new skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, bend, and move heavy objects.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts.
Language and Communication

English is the primary language of communication in this role. You will be required to communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.
