Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Happiness Floral and Balloon Studio Inc. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand and products.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop Communication Strategies: Create and implement effective communication plans to engage with our target audience and promote our brand.
- Develop Policies: Assist in the development of marketing policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in our marketing efforts.
- Prepare Written Material: Create high-quality written content, such as reports, briefs, and website content, to support our marketing campaigns.
- Publicize Activities: Promote our events, workshops, and meetings through various channels to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Conduct Surveys: Analyze data on consumer buying habits and preferences to inform our marketing strategies.
- Advise Clients: Provide expert advice on advertising and sales promotion strategies to our clients.
- Assist in Brochure Preparation: Help prepare brochures, reports, and other marketing materials to support our campaigns.
- Coordinate Special Events: Plan and execute special publicity events and promotions to drive sales and engagement.
- Conduct Public Opinion Surveys: Gather data on public opinion and attitudes towards our brand and products.
- Gather Communications Material: Research and prepare communications materials to support our marketing efforts.
- Conduct Analytical Marketing Studies: Analyze data to inform our marketing strategies and improve our campaigns.
- Design Market Research Questionnaires: Create questionnaires to gather data on consumer preferences and behaviors.
- Develop Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with our team to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive results.
- Maintain Digital Database: Manage our digital database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Consult with Clients: Provide ongoing support to our clients to ensure their marketing needs are met.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
