Restaurant Chain Corporate Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Controller to join our team at Chatpatta Chowk. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative functions of our restaurant chain.
Key Responsibilities:- Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions
- Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
- Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
- Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and create optimum working conditions
- Establish financial and administrative controls and approve overall human resources planning
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and attention to detail
Our restaurant chain operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be working with a team of 5-10 people and will be required to travel occasionally.
Language:The primary language of work is English, and you will be required to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.Working Hours:
The working hours are 32 to 35 hours per week, and you will be required to work a regular schedule with some flexibility to accommodate business needs.
