As a Marketing Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for evaluating communication strategies and programs, overseeing the preparation of public written material, and preparing written material such as reports, briefs, and website content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate communication strategies and programs to ensure they align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the preparation of public written material, including reports, briefs, and website content.
  • Prepare written material, such as reports, briefs, and website content, to effectively communicate the organization's message.
  • Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products.
  • Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other material.
  • Design market research questionnaires to gather data and insights.
  • Evaluate customer service and store environments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Design, conduct, and analyze quantitative and qualitative research projects to inform marketing strategies.
  • Conduct online marketing, E-commerce, and Website promotions to reach a wider audience.
  • Develop marketing strategies to achieve the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Maintain and manage digital databases to track customer interactions and preferences.
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • MS Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Google Drive experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Client focus and efficient interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with a quick learning ability.
