You'll work closely with our Technical Director and collaborate with designers and front-end engineers to develop CMS architectures that integrate with and power our modern stack front ends. With significant content modeling experience, you should have a technical background and expertise with headless CMS technology providers like Contentful or Agility.

Job Description

You'll be responsible for designing and developing content models that meet our clients' needs and drive business impact. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working with Clients, Engineering, and Creative to ensure content architecture meets project objectives.
  • Designing reusable and scalable content models that meet content strategy, author experience, and development needs.
  • Building CMS add-ons and extensions to improve the authoring experience.
  • Making recommendations for content type mapping to components with front-end Engineers.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of experience designing content models in Contentful (experience with other headless CMS is an asset).
  • Experience with Node.js and writing npm scripts.
  • Understanding of development fundamentals and the software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent writing, diagramming, and communication skills.
  • Experience with lean/agile methodologies.
