Mirandas House Support Services is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, stock linen closet, clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Laundry and Linens: Launder clothing and household linens, mend clothing and linens.
  • Shopping and Supplies: Shop for food and household supplies.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work independently, work under pressure, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
