Job Summary:The Logistics Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, planning and organizing operational logistics, and coordinating activities with other work units or departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee operational logistics of the organization
- Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
- Prepare and submit reports
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Train workers in duties and policies
- Conduct performance reviews
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
- 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Reliability and flexibility
The Logistics Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure.
Language:The language of work is English.
Work Schedule:The work schedule is 40 hours per week.
