We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at JCH COFFEE CORPORATION. This is a permanent position with 30-40 hours of work per week.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing methods to meet work schedules, supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, and training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring timely preparation and service of food.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.

Requirements
  • A secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in restaurant operations, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical ability to perform the duties of the role, including standing, walking, and lifting.
Salary

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
