Bakery Operations Manager

Cupcake's Gourmet Cupcakes Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cupcake Production Lead to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery, ensuring the highest quality of our products, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the production of cupcakes, ensuring timely delivery and meeting quality standards.
- Develop and implement production schedules, managing inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
- Train and mentor junior staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new recipes, products, and services.
- Monitor and maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- 3+ years of experience in a bakery or food production environment.
- Proven track record of leadership and team management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
