About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist, Brand to join our team at BrainStation. As a key member of our brand team, you will play a critical role in driving growth, integrity, awareness, and engagement through the development and execution of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the creation and execution of brand activations that drive business results
  • Contribute to various projects, including marketing activities, copywriting, multimedia production, data analytics, and more
  • Develop, write, and edit authoritative content for our websites, ensuring consistency and alignment with our global brand
  • Work with SEO tools to research, monitor, and maintain the health of our digital properties
  • Use a CMS to create and maintain site content, collaborating with global teams to create and curate content
  • Concept, create, and manage social media content that resonates with our audience
  • Manage and maintain editorial calendars for content, email marketing, and social media, ensuring timely and engaging content
  • Identify new channels and distribution methods to increase engagement and the size of our audience
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing and branding
  • Strong demonstrable writing skills in different modalities, with a strong track record of collaborating with stakeholders
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with a strong problem-solving ability
  • Familiarity with creative design tools such as Figma, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, with a love of learning and willingness to take on new challenges and learn new skills
  • Self-motivated with a proven work ethic, able to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Knowledge of content management systems is an asset
