About Savers
Savers is one of the largest for-profit thrift operators in North America and Australia, dedicated to championing reuse and promoting a future where second-hand items are the norm. Our mission is centered around redirecting billions of pounds of used items away from landfills and onto our store racks and shelves for reuse. We achieve this by partnering with local non-profit organizations, purchasing gently-used items directly from them, and providing valuable funding for their community-based programs and services.
Our Values
At Savers, we pride ourselves on being 'Thrift Proud.' This mindset is reflected in our commitment to sustainability, customer satisfaction, and team member empowerment. With over 22,000 team members across our 300+ stores, we strive to create an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute their unique perspective.
The Role
As a Leadership Team Member at Savers, you will play a crucial role in driving business results in your store. You will be responsible for making important decisions that impact the success of your store, while also developing and empowering your team members. Your journey may take you through various supervisory roles within Operations, Production, or Retail, including Front End Supervision, Production Supervision, or Community Donation Supervision.
What You Can Expect:
• A dynamic work environment that celebrates individuality and promotes a culture of inclusivity.
• Opportunities for career growth and development, with a focus on investing in the long-term success of our team members.
• Comprehensive training and support from our in-house expertise, including Savers University, which develops and delivers robust training programs for all team members.
