At Whitecourt Cabs Corporation, we are seeking a skilled Taxi Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation services to our clients. Your duties will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Pick up and drop off passengers at designated locations, adhering to our company's policies and procedures.
  • Assist passengers with luggage and other needs to ensure a positive experience.
  • Collect fares and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide basic tourist information to enhance the passenger experience.
  • Operate dispatch systems and two-way radios to stay connected with our team and clients.
Requirements
  • Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to provide a positive experience for our clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve our company's goals.
