Job Title: Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to join our team at TECHVISTA CONSULTING. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring the smooth execution of our business strategies, and driving growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial aspects of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement business strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Communication and Representation: Represent the organization in various forums, including negotiations, meetings, and presentations, ensuring effective communication and representation of the company's interests.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in operations management, leadership, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook.
