We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Painter to join our team at Greenz Painting Ltd. As a key member of our painting crew, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
- Repair and Maintenance: Repair cracks and holes in walls and ceilings, and perform other maintenance tasks as required.
- Wall Covering and Painting: Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls, and apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
- Customer Service: Advise consumers on colours and choice of wall coverings, and communicate with other workers to co-ordinate the preparation and completion of work assignments.
- Equipment Operation: Erect scaffolding and swing stages, and attach rigging as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the field of employment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 40 to 80 hours per week.
