Retail Sales Manager Job Summary

K&D Trading International Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. As a key player in sales success, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and developing and implementing marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity.
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and locate and select products for resale.
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff to ensure a high-performing team.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of sales management experience.
  • College degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
