Job Summary:

The Warehouse Worker will be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment. The ideal candidate will have excellent physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading products and materials from trucks, pallets, and shelves
  • Moving products and materials within the warehouse using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other equipment
  • Operating a variety of equipment to load, unload, and move materials and products
  • Picking orders and stocking shelves
  • Making labels and attaching them to goods
  • Providing customer service and responding to customer inquiries
  • Wrapping goods and preparing them for shipment
  • Packing and unpacking goods
  • Sorting, crating, and stacking goods
  • Installing, lashing, and securing goods
  • Transporting and distributing materials and goods
  • Organizing and maintaining inventory
  • Organizing inventories using computerized inventory control systems
Work Environment:

The Warehouse Worker will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, and physically demanding work. The ideal candidate will have excellent physical stamina and be able to work in a team environment.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a warehouse or material handling environment
  • Excellent physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
  • Basic math skills and ability to count and measure
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
