Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Yummy Kitchen. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing equipment, and storing supplies.
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, cooking meals, and plating dishes.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work effectively as part of a team, communicating with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
