About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Manager to join our team at Hexagon's Autonomy & Positioning division. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for defining and bringing to market critical GNSS anti-jam antenna technology and products for use in a wide range of positioning, navigation, timing, and communication applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a long-term vision and strategy for existing and new applications and customers.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop GNSS anti-jam product solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Contribute to the anti-jam portfolio strategy, maximizing the value proposition of the product across numerous markets.
  • Creation and evaluation of business plans and market requirement documents to achieve portfolio financial targets.
  • Owning the anti-jam portfolio strategy and roadmaps and responsible for presenting business cases in front of executive leaders.
  • Act as the representative of the end-user for road-map definition within the company.
  • Define requirements, including use cases, for new anti-jam products and technologies.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and bring to market the most innovative anti-jam portfolio.
  • Develop a 'go-to-market' strategy and marketing message for product marketing collateral.
  • Gather information and obtain agreements among company stakeholders for business models, product positioning, and pricing strategy.
  • Analyze and report key portfolio KPIs to steer business decisions.
  • Evaluate competitive products and technology trends.
  • Measure the success of new product launches.
  • Visit national and international customers to understand customer challenges and future needs.
  • Represent Hexagon's Autonomy & Positioning division at trade shows and conferences.

  • Financial growth and profitability of the anti-jam portfolio.
  • Sustainable strategy in short, medium, and long term across all markets.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • At least 2 years of product management and/or business development experience, preferably with an antenna and/or GNSS focus.
  • Applicants for select positions that require access to information controlled by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) must be US Persons per ITAR §120.15 and EAR §772.1.
