We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Kitchen Manager to join our team at Edo Japan Limited Partnership. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Kitchen Staff: Lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to meet the demands of our busy kitchen.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help staff improve their skills and performance.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure we have what we need to deliver exceptional service.
- Maintain Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Prepare Budgets and Reports: Develop and manage budgets, and prepare reports to track kitchen performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen management role.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Work Setting: Fast-paced kitchen environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
