West Coast Medical Centre is a well-established patient panel that aligns with the New to Practice contract. Our patients have comprehensive medical histories and medication records, utilizing the MEDACCESS EMR system.
Our office space is located in the same building as three full-time Family Physicians, with in-house Lifelabs and Pharmacy facilities.
As a Family Medicine Specialist, you will have opportunities to participate in surgical assisting, maternity care, ER shifts, and hospitalist work, with hospital privileges available at the West Coast General Hospital.
Benefits:
Eligibility for additional remuneration under the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA), including:
- Recruitment Incentive: up to $10,000 (pro-rated based on FTE)
- Relocation: up to $9,000
- Flat fee: $12,222
- Fee Premium: 7.98%
- CME: $2,000/annum (years 3-4) and $4,000/annum (after 4 years in the community)
Additional Information:
Our practice is committed to providing a supportive environment for our physicians. Overhead costs are dependent on the candidate's remuneration choice.
