Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Guest Services: Handle and report lost and found items, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities, pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Teamwork: Work independently, ability to work under pressure, fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, walking, overtime required, standing for extended periods, walking.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
