About the Role

This part-time Retail Sales Ambassador role at CALVIN KLEIN in Dixie Outlet Mall is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about fashion and delivering outstanding customer service.

You will be responsible for creating an emotional connection between our customers and the brand, exceeding expectations, providing exceptional service, and displaying passion for our brand.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience:

  • Greet and offer assistance to every customer, focusing on customer engagement and suggestive selling to drive sales and conversion.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of product and promotions to help explain value and build brand loyalty.
  • Prioritize delivering an exceptional customer experience and always place our customer first, asking for feedback and conveying business opportunities to management.

Commitment to Efficiency:

  • Execute processing, replenishment, cashiering, promotions, and visual/marketing directives in alignment with brand standards.
  • Uphold backstock organization and adhere to all company tools, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain awareness of potential theft and report concerns to management.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • High school graduate/equivalent preferred.
  • Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and overnight shifts.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds.
Benefits

Estimated Salary

$18-$22 per hour based on location and experience.
