Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Bridgeview Hall team in Miramichi, New Brunswick. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, evaluating, documenting, and directing residents' needs through consultation with medical professionals, care conferences, and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessing and planning residents' care needs in collaboration with medical professionals and care teams
• Providing leadership and oversight to health services staff, ensuring high-quality care and services
• Developing, implementing, and evaluating resident care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Administering and recording prescribed medication according to company policy and scope of practice
• Applying dressings and treatments as per physician's orders and policy
• Supervising and evaluating the job performance of care staff

About You

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual who possesses a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is currently registered with the Nurses Association of New Brunswick (NANB). You should be available to work a minimum of 6 shifts per quarter and be willing to work all shift types and days of the week. Additionally, you should have a clear Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Screening upon hire.
