At OPENLANE, we're committed to making wholesale easy for our customers. As a Transportation Team Leader, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all drivers complete their mandatory training in a timely manner.
  • Extend clerical support to the team, including Transport Clerks, Dispatchers, Supervisors, and Managers.
  • Attend Health and Safety meetings and train new hires.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with lead drivers and the mechanical department.
  • Train and assist with the APP, expectations of inspections, and safe driving meetings.
Requirements:
  • Valid G License - Clean Driver's Abstract.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office & Google applications.
  • Strong data entry and keyboarding skills.
  • Good customer service, time management, and organizational skills.
