Job Title: Salesforce Solutions Designer Intermediate

Foilocn is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solutions Designer Intermediate to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet client requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce solutions
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce solutions
  • Conduct root cause analysis to troubleshoot and resolve defects/incidents
  • Provide estimates for proposed solutions and review estimates from other team members for completeness and accuracy
Requirements:
  • 5 years of Salesforce development experience in Public Sector Foundation and Sales Cloud
  • Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I or equivalent experience
  • Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer
  • Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Agile scrum methodologies
  • Experience with Azure DevOps
  • Previous experience working in Government or Public Sector organizations
