Job Description

The Guest Experience Manager is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in both guestrooms and public areas. The role plays a critical hand in executing the comfortable and enjoyable guest experience.

Responsibilities
  1. Perform daily tasks including stripping and making beds, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning all surfaces, replenishing terry and amenities, and assisting with laundry needs.
  2. Clean guestrooms thoroughly in both check-out and stayover environments.
  3. Ensure all public spaces are consistently clean and in guest-ready condition.
  4. Follow established department cleaning standards and safety procedures.
  5. Communicate maintenance repair needs and safety hazards to management effectively.
  6. Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
  7. Complete other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
Requirements and Qualifications
  1. Demonstrate effective time management skills to complete assigned tasks.
  2. Show flexibility in schedule and willingness to meet complex operation demands.
  3. Display excellent communication skills with ability to listen effectively.
  4. Be able to regularly lift, pull, and push moderate weight.
  5. Maintain attention to detail to detect room cleanliness and discrepancies.
