Key Responsibilities:
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports to management to ensure that the office is running efficiently.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all office equipment is in good working order and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to employees to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Coordination and Communication: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure that the office is running smoothly.
  • Client Support: Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure that their needs are met.
  • Work Schedules and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure that the office is running efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
