Warehouse Specialist - Air Logistics

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a skilled Warehouse Specialist to join our Air Logistics team in Richmond, BC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, and shipping customer orders with high levels of inventory and location accuracy.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Follow standard warehouse practices and work instructions to maintain accurate inventory and location records.
  • Document and identify discrepancies to the Team Lead.
  • Accurately complete routine documentation, such as check-in sheets for export/import, manifests, and MHE inspections.
  • Perform physically demanding general labor duties, including manually loading and unloading goods from trailers and operating material handling equipment.
  • Demonstrate accuracy and efficiency in executing standard warehousing processes, such as receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and loading customer orders and products.
  • Comply with GMP requirements to ensure quality and regulatory standards are met.
  • Operate a variety of equipment used in a traditional warehouse environment, including scanners, computers, scales, pallet jacks, and motorized material handling equipment.
  • Follow company safety, security, and housekeeping protocols, and respect customer and company property and equipment.
  • Proactively prevent accidents and incidents, and report them promptly and accurately when required.
  • Maintain an acceptable availability for work record.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of warehouse experience, including shipping/receiving and forklift operation.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting (50lbs) without accommodations.
  • Availability to work periodic overtime and varied shifts.
