Are you a skilled Soldering and Assembly Expert looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience with complex component replacement and hand soldering?
About the PositionWe are seeking a highly experienced Soldering and Assembly Expert to join our team at Syntronic Production Services Canada. As a key member of our production staff, you will be responsible for replacing complex components on Circuit Card Assemblies, including BGA, LGA, fine pitch, and small architecture components. You will also be required to hand solder SMT and through-hole parts onto boards, adhering to ESD process expectations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Replacing complex components on Circuit Card Assemblies
- Hand soldering SMT and through-hole parts onto boards
- Ensuring adherence to ESD process expectations
Requirements:
- Outstanding verbal communication skills in English
- Strong understanding of IPC standards (IPC-A-610)
- Ability to interpret BOMs, assembly diagrams, and other build documentation
- Proficiency in soldering complex PCBs, using a microscope, and soldering/de-soldering equipment
- Minimum 3 years' experience, including at least 1 year of BGA rework
