We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our culinary team at Emerald Hills Golf Club. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food to a high standard, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish.
- Work efficiently and effectively in a team environment, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
- Assist with receiving and storing food deliveries, checking for quality and quantity.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and rotate stock to prevent waste and spoilage.
- Ensure all food is stored and handled at the correct temperature to prevent contamination and health risks.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Dedicated to providing high-quality food and excellent customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
