About the Role

Lloyd Sadd Insurance Brokers is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a book of business, servicing clients in a courteous and professional manner, and assisting the producer in obtaining, maintaining, and expanding business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and work with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Risk Management: Analyze clients' risk profiles and provide recommendations to minimize exposure and maximize coverage.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of issues.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, underwriters, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective service delivery.
Requirements
  • Commercial Insurance Knowledge: Demonstrated breadth across commercial insurance and depth with policy wordings and coverages within key industry sectors.
  • Industry Experience: Level II license or equivalent and relevant industry experience required.
  • Leadership Skills: Solid mentorship skills and teaming capability; the ability to lead and motivate, delegate, and rally colleagues.
  • Business Acumen: A well-defined sense of diplomacy and business acumen with a focus on customer service and the overall client experience.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and internal Broker Management Systems (EPIC).
