About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compiler Engineer to join our AWS Neuron team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge compiler technology that optimizes the performance of complex neural net models executed on AWS Inferentia and Trainium.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement innovative compiler solutions to handle the world's largest ML workloads
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions with technical input
  • Develop and maintain high-quality, highly available, and always-on products
  • Research and implement solutions that deliver the best possible experiences for customers

Requirements
  • 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
  • Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of full software development life cycle experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
