Job Title: Reservations Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team at Quality Inn Leamington. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, performing same duties as workers supervised, and maintaining operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arranging repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
  • Requisition materials and supplies

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 30 to 40 hours of work per week

Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with attention to detail required.

Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal awareness, and judgement.
