About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, resolving work problems, providing technical advice, and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.

As a key member of our operations team, you will train workers in duties and policies, arrange training for staff, conduct performance reviews, coordinate, assign and review work, requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies, organize and maintain inventory, establish work schedules and procedures, and plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills;
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail;
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Ability to train and develop staff;
  • Familiarity with MS Excel;
  • Experience working in a warehouse or production environment.
