As an Engineering Survey Technician, you will play a crucial role in assisting survey engineers and professional surveyors in conducting field surveys and operating survey instruments and computer equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Operate survey instruments and devices to measure distance, angles, elevations, and contours.
- Assist in the calculation, analysis, and computation of measurements obtained during field surveys.
- Prepare detailed drawings, charts, and plans.
- Keep records, measurements, and other survey information in systematic order.
- Develop methods and procedures for conducting field surveys.
- Education: College/CEGEP
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
- Attention to detail
- Bending, crouching, kneeling
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
