Parish Minister

Bridges of Canada Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Parish Minister to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing spiritual guidance and support to our community.

• Conduct regular religious services and ceremonies
• Supervise and support office and volunteer staff
• Administer rites of faith, including marriages and funerals
• Develop and implement programs of religious education
• Deliver sermons and other talks to promote spirituality
• Perform administrative and office tasks

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Confidential security clearance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The successful candidate will work in a correctional facility, providing spiritual support to inmates and staff. The work environment is fast-paced and requires strong organizational and time management skills.
