About the Role

We are looking for a talented Software Engineer III with a strong background in big data engineering and a passion for building scalable and efficient systems. Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop large-scale data processing systems using technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, and Presto.
  • Integrate vendor solutions and EA's live service solutions to achieve engineering goals and business objectives.
  • Lead the development of key components of the Ads lifecycle, including ads network connection, ads marketplace, data exchange, funnel analysis, measurement, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline the Ads workflow and promote a data-driven decision-making process.
  • Mentor junior engineers and serve as a lead engineer to drive the design discussion and technical roadmap of specific domains.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • ~5+ years of experience in software engineering.
  • Domain knowledge of the Ads industry, including the ads lifecycle.
  • Experience in developing, managing, and running 24/7 large-scale services with complex dependencies in a microservice-based design.
  • Competencies in algorithms, data structures, and software design.
