Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Millwright Foreperson to join our team. As a Millwright Foreperson, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership to our maintenance and operations teams. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our equipment and facilities, as well as providing guidance and training to our team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to maintenance and operations teams
- Ensure the efficient and safe operation of equipment and facilities
- Develop and implement maintenance and repair plans
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
- Provide training and guidance to team members on equipment operation and maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Millwright Foreperson
- Strong technical knowledge of millwrighting and equipment operation
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
