Job Title: Data Products Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Products Manager to join our team at the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. As a key member of our Marketing Data Strategy team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our data products roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of our data products roadmap to support marketing data modernization
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to define use-cases, data requirements, and maintain a backlog of deliverables
  • Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to prioritize data asset implementation and releases
  • Develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog to support marketing data modernization
  • Manage implementation, testing, and release of data products

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing technology, ad-tech, analytics, and related fields
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect the dots between multiple data programs and desired outcomes
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, eCRM, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, and Google Analytics is an asset
  • Knowledge of database marketing, analytics, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is an asset
