Role OverviewAs a Senior Associate, you will work closely with a Wealth Advisor to develop and manage their book of business. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying new business opportunities to gather additional assets and/or increase revenue
- Utilizing your in-depth knowledge of products and services to identify new opportunities within the existing client base
- Building effective working relationships across the team and with various business lines and corporate function contacts
- Preparing, analyzing, and presenting reports and recommendations to clients
- Developing and distributing client communication and marketing pieces
- Reviewing practices to ensure administrative processes are streamlined and administrative tasks are completed and logged for tracking purposes
- Understanding client profiles and the Advisor's investment strategy being used to implement client objectives
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in the securities industry
- Registration as a Registered Representative (RR) with CIRO
- Completion of the Wealth Management Essentials (WME) program
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Exceptional client service skills
