The Stratford Festival is seeking a visionary leader to drive artistic excellence and innovation. As the Chief Creative Visionary, you will be responsible for setting a bold and dynamic artistic vision for the organization, reflecting a commitment to Shakespeare and classical theatre.

You will work closely with the Executive Director to ensure that this vision is supported across every aspect of the organization. Your role will involve programming all plays and events at the Festival, attracting top talent from Canada and internationally, and directing one or more plays each season.
