Job Title: Food Services Manager - Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Services Manager - Operations Lead to join our team at BC LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food services department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor revenues to determine labour costs
  • Monitor staff performance
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Recruit staff
  • Set staff work schedules
  • Supervise staff
  • Train staff
  • Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Cost products and services
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Provide customer service
Work Environment:

Our food services department operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work in a variety of settings
