Job Overview: INDUS CONSTRUCTION LTD. is seeking an experienced Carpentry Supervisor to lead our framing team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimate and manage labour and material costs
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches
  • Prepare and implement construction plans and layouts
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of framing carpenters
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Participate in government or community programs to support underrepresented groups

Requirements: 3 years to less than 5 years experience, secondary (high) school graduation certificate, 40 hours per week, at heights, confined spaces, noisy, dusty, outdoors, willing to relocate.
