About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Director to join our team at Canada Limited. This is a unique opportunity to lead daily operations and drive business growth in a fast-paced food services environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Balancing cash and completing balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms will be your primary focus.
  • You will enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Negotiating arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies will require strong communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation, contributing to the development of strategic initiatives.
  • Addressing customers' complaints or concerns requires excellent customer service skills and conflict resolution techniques.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in this field of employment is required.
  • You must be available for shift or on-call work and legally able to work in Canada.

Compensation
