**Job Description:**
Senior Wealth Associate RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Wealth Associate to join our team in Oakville, Ontario. As a key member of our wealth advisory services team, you will work closely with investment advisors to ensure seamless branch operations and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Analyze Clients' Accounts: Recommend business opportunities tailored to clients' needs and preferences.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete account management tasks efficiently and provide outstanding customer service.
- Marketing and Content Development: Create engaging marketing materials and content to support investment advisors.
- Seminars and Event Planning: Coordinate seminars for clients and plan engaging content.
- Financial Planning and Onboarding: Participate in financial planning meetings, prepare files, and ensure follow-up steps.
- Team Oversight: Supervise the onboarding process for new members and lead training and coaching sessions.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Education: Completed college and/or university diploma in a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in portfolio management, financial planning, marketing, and social media or taxation.
- Certifications: Completed Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and/or Conduct and Practices Handbook Course or must be successfully completed within a year in position.
- Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and comfortable with technology.
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with current market trends and activity.
- Customer Service: Ability to offer exceptional customer service.
