Job Summary:

Norpro Security Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and independent Mobile Patrol Security Guard to join our team. As a Mobile Patrol Security Guard, you will be responsible for patrolling designated properties, monitoring surveillance equipment, and inspecting property, equipment, and access points.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Patrol designated properties to monitor and prevent intrusion, damage, hazards, and breaches of security.
  • Monitor surveillance equipment and inspect property, equipment, and access points.
  • Respond to alarms and operate monitoring equipment and complex security cameras.
  • Adhere to all company service and operating standards and remain in compliance with local, provincial, and federal regulations.
  • Provide support, coverage, and supervision of Static Security Guards with regular patrol visits and communication.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Security Guard License
  • Valid Standard First Aid/CPR Certificate
  • Valid Class G Driver's License, Clear Drivers Abstract
  • Minimum one year experience in a security guard role
  • Police Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check

Working Conditions:

While performing the duties of this position, the employee may be exposed to various climates and conditions. Wearing safety clothing and equipment may be required at times.

Physical Requirements:

The employee is regularly required to drive, sit, walk, bend for extended periods; reach with hands and arms; talk and listen on a regular basis.
