Job Title: Personal Banking Advisor

Join National Bank as a Personal Banking Advisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients with mortgage contracts nearing expiry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact and take calls from clients to discuss their mortgage renewal options
  • Examine existing mortgage loan files and assess clients' renewal needs
  • Provide personalized advice on mortgage renewal options, including interest rates, terms, and conditions
  • Negotiate and demonstrate the competitive advantages of our loans, insurance coverage, and financial services
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules
