**Job Responsibilities**

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve training program outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and instructional designers to develop training programs that meet the evolving needs of our organization.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in instructional design, organizational development, and/or facilitation, ideally in soft skills or leadership development.
  • Experience working with e-learning authoring tools is considered an asset.
  • Proficient with ADDIE/SAM design processes.
  • Proficient with MS Office (MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
